First scarves of the autumn. The evenings are drawing in, the last of the light on Oxford Street is now around 6:20pm and its dark by the time I get home. At this time of year I usually make the decision to either call it quits for the year (ie don’t shoot on the way home) or change camera to something that will work at high ISO. Last year it was the Fuji X100t a camera that on paper is very good but I just couldn’t get comfortable with, I found the buttons all in the wrong places its just too fiddly when compared to the Leica. To that end I welcome the new arrival of a Leica Monochrom original version so just like my M-E. Shot with it for a couple of days and I have to say Im delighted.
